Chap Moto Rewards Cash Policies

The following Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Chap Moto Cash Rewards Program (“Chap Moto Rewards” or the “Program”). Ocelot Engineering Inc. and each of its affiliated companies, including Chaparral Motorsports and ChapMoto.com are collectively referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “Chaparral Motorsports”, “we”, or “us.” You are responsible for reading these Terms and Conditions prior to enrolling in Chap Moto Rewards in order to understand your rights, responsibilities, and status in the Program. Overview and Benefits

Chap Moto Cash Rewards Program members earn up to 5% Chap Moto Cash back on every $100 you spend on all qualifying purchases from ChapMoto.com. Exclusions and limitations apply.

Eligibility

Program membership is open to all residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older. Program membership requires the customer’s first name, last name, a valid email address, and/or telephone number for participation. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy which can be found online at the site listed above. We do not sell such information to third parties.

Notice of Financial Incentive

Chaparral Motorsports provide price discounts, coupons, services and other perks for members of our ChapMoto loyalty program (collectively “programs”); (1) large volume customers; (2) members of our mailing list; (3) members of our texting list and (4) members of our email list covered by the notice of financial incentive. Through these offerings, consumers provide us with some personal information (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers, mobile phone numbers, address) when they opt-in to our programs. There is no obligation to opt-in and consumers may opt-out at any time. The details of each program are contained in the program offering. We offer these programs, among other things, to enhance our relationship with you so you can enjoy more of our products/services at a lower price. We invest heavily in our marketing and brands, in part, so we can provide programs to our customers. Consumer data is valuable to our business only when it is combined with a sufficient number of other consumer data points and after it is enhanced by our efforts described below.

The value to our business of any individual consumer’s personal information is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, whether and to what extent you take advantage of any offerings, whether and to what extent you opt out of any offerings, and whether we are able to enhance the data through our efforts described below. Our ability to create any value from the programs is heavily based on our ability to leverage said intellectual properties.

We do not calculate the value of consumer data in our accounting statements. We make this good faith estimate for California residents. To the extent we create overall value from our programs to our business that could be directly or reasonably related to the value of customer data, the method for calculating same would include: the costs associated with (1) our intellectual property; (2) enhancing customer data by our skilled team’s efforts; (3) leveraging our significant investments in understanding you as our existing and future customers; (4) all other costs reasonably related to the programs and (5) for each program, and in the aggregate, whether the sales generated by the program(s) exceed the cost to us of offering them.

You can opt-in to, or opt-out of, our programs at any time through the same means they are offered, or by contacting us per our Privacy Policy.

Program Details

Chap Moto Cash Rewards Program is offered entirely at the discretion of Ocelot Engineering Inc., and it may, at its sole discretion, cancel or modify program rules, benefits, participation, regulations, earning, and redemption structure without any notification.

Participation in the Chap Moto Cash Rewards Program is subject to these rules and to the other terms and conditions listed at ChapMoto.com that the company may adopt from time to time.

Chap Moto Cash members will receive $5 Chap Moto Cash for every $100 spent on non-tires and $2.50 per $100 spent on tires, excluding sales tax, state fees, gift card purchases, shipping, handling, vehicle service, vehicle purchases, other services, and select merchandise.

Chap Moto Cash in and of themselves have no cash value. All Chap Moto Cash rewards are digital.

Chap Moto Cash can be redeemed on orders where the order total exceeds $25 after rewards discount.

Chap Moto Cash will appear in a member’s account within 3 business days from when the item has completely shipped. Chap Moto Cash balances are subject to adjustment for returns. Chap Moto Cash is calculated after each invoice/transaction, not per item.

Chap Moto Cash Balances for online purchases will expire 12 months from the transaction date.

Chaparral Motorsports reserves the right to terminate program membership and take appropriate administrative and/or legal action if it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of the program’s terms and conditions.

Chap Moto Cash can not be redeemed for cash.

Chap Moto Cash is not valid on prior purchases, certain products or services, state fees, shipping and handling fees, gift cards, vehicle purchases, and vehicle services and/or maintenance. Not redeemable for cash or credit. Redeemable towards products value equal or greater than the sum of the Chap Moto Cash Value being presented, exclusive of taxes, state fees and shipping, and handling.

Participation in the Chap Moto Cash Program is limited to individuals and one account per individual. Dealer wholesale accounts excluded.

The rewards program can not be combined with any other offer including promo codes.

Membership in the Chap Moto Cash Rewards Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Limitations and Exclusions

Chap Moto Cash is earned based on the final amount paid for an item (not including taxes, shipping, or processing charges), after all discounts, exclusions, and rewards are applied.

The following types of purchases are not eligible for earning RPM Cash:

• Gift Certificates
• Excluded Products and Services

Brand Exclusions
Chap Moto Cash rewards cannot be earned or applied to the following brands for online purchases: Parts Unlimited, Drag Specialties, Thor, ThorMX, Moose, Moose Racing, Moose Utility Division, Moose ATV Hunting Products, Python, Icon, Wingleader, Z1R, Arctiva, AMS Tires, Schuberth, Joe Rocket, Rapid Transit, Power Trip, Klim, Forcefield, Sidi, AGV Sport, and Vemar.

The above limitations and exclusions and the list of excluded products and services is subject to change at any time, without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify, add or delete items and brands that qualify for the Rewards Program at any time at its sole discretion.

Chap Moto Cash rewards cannot be earned or applied to purchases at event locations.

Transactions made through Amazon & eBay do not apply to the program. Chap Moto Cash will be deducted for returned items.
