We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund. Please read our Return Policy to ensure the item is eligible for return.

We offer the below options for returning items purchased from Chaparral at ChapMoto.com, Amazon and eBay.

Returning Items Purchased on ChapMoto.com

Begin by logging into your user account or Looking Up Your Order. You can select what items you want to return and easily start the return process online. We offer several easy to use return methods:

OPTION 1
Use Pre-Paid Label
  • A shipping label will be created for you - just print it out and drop off your package.
  • You pay nothing up-front.
  • $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.
  • No restocking charge applies if returned within 30 days (15% fee applies after 30 days)

OPTION 2
Use Own Label
  • All returns must be prepaid.
  • Freight collect packages will be refused.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • A refund back to the original payment method used will be issued upon receipt.
  • Keep a copy of your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Complete the return form on the back of your invoice, and include it with your shipment to:

OPTION 3
Return to Our Store
  • Returns for refunds or exchanges can be accepted at the Retail Store.
  • Bring the original invoice included in your shipment and your return authorization.
  • The refund can take 3-5 days to return to your card depending on the user’s bank.

Return Items Purchased through Chaparral's Amazon Store

To return an item purchased from Chaparral through Amazon, log into your Amazon account and access "Your Orders." Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and select the "Why are You Returning This" option. Add comments and click continue. Answer the question regarding how you want your refund and click continue.

There are several options for returning your merchandise for a refund. Select the option you want.

Please allow 2-3 business days processing time for returns to clear our warehouse. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee not to exceed $25. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Return Items Purchased through Chaparral's eBay Store

There are several options to return items purchased through eBay at Chaparral Motorsports eBay Store.

OPTION 1
Return Using eBay Return Label

To return an item on eBay, go to My eBay from the top of any screen, and select Purchase history. Under the order you wish to return, select More Actions and Return this item. Follow the prompts to initiate the return.

OPTION 2
Return Using Your Own Shipping Method

Complete the return form on the back of your invoice, and include it with your shipment to:
